Driftwood Studios by Nina Reiss, RMT

A place to land

Driftwood Studios was created from a simple observation: many people move through life holding more than they realize.

Stress, pace, responsibility, and constant adaptation leave their marks- not just mentally, but physically. Over time, the body learns to brace, to manage, to stay ready. Rest alone doesn’t always undo that holding.

Driftwood Studios exists as a response to this reality.

Inspired by the way driftwood is shaped by water - smoothed, weathered, and altered without ever being broken - the practice is grounded in the belief that the body doesn’t need to be forced into change. It needs the right conditions to settle.

Here, massage therapy is offered slowly and intentionally, with close attention to the nervous system and the body as a whole. Sessions are designed to support regulation, ease long-held tension, and create a sense of steadiness that allows deeper work to unfold over time.

This is a place for those who have been shaped by their own tides- by demanding seasons, by transition, by sustained effort. You may arrive carrying the weight of pace, pressure, or prolonged stress. Driftwood offers a quiet place to land.
